Akar, meaning "root" in English, invites guests to rediscover the magnificence of nature’s bounty through contemporary and artfully crafted food and drink experiences. Spanning across two floors, the restaurant offers an elegant yet inviting ambiance. It features two distinct bars on separate levels and a fully equipped main kitchen to cater to every guest’s needs.

From Monday to Thursday, Akar offers a refined dining experience in a sophisticated and relaxed setting.

On Friday and Saturday, guests can enjoy a traditional dinner from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, savoring expertly crafted dishes in an intimate atmosphere. 

At 9:00 PM, Akar transforms into a high-energy festive dinner experience, featuring live DJs, mesmerizing dancers, and an immersive laser show that electrifies the night and continues until late.
